Hello redhanse,

Teacher certification requirements, emergency or otherwise, vary from
state to state. Some districts keep lists of *currently employed*
teachers with emergency certification, but there is no national
registry of all people who have obtained emergency teaching
certification, because an emergency certification obtained in
Massachussetts may very well not be recognized as valid in, say, Ohio.

Country is the United States.

We understand that there may not be a national list of emergency
certified teachers. However we need a national list, even if we must
create one. If you have a list of emergency certified teachers for
any state, we would appreciate the information.

If we find people that can provide the requested information for each
state, then we will be able to construct a national database. Can you
help with this project?
