I am looking for someone(chef) or a company that would be able to give
me an ingrediant breakdown(or at least close)of a sauce that is no
longer available as it came from another country.I have samples to
work with.

Could you give us the name of the sauce and/or some additional info about it?

What I am looking for is someone(or lab) that can take a sample of a
sauce or marinade and determine what ingrediants(not neccessarily
exact quanity of each) are present in order to reproduce for personal
use.Similar type of situation to those books that are available on
copycat recipes.

To repeat Livioflores's request: if the sauce is a bottled product
and you can give us the name of the product and producer and country,
someone might be able to help you without the expense of laboratory
analysis.
Or even if it is not a name product, but you know what it is called,
that could allow reference to recipes for such.
For example, if you know that the sauce is "lime pickle" from India
(which I happen to like :-) a few recipes would be a lot more useful
than lab analysis.
