I was asked the following question during an interview to become a
Purchasing Director at a State University in California. A film
company wants to shoot an episode of Batman on our campus and use
university students as extras. What are the key elements of the
contract negotiation and how would I go about negotiating the best
contract? What is the answer to this and do I even have authority to
negotiate on the part of the students?
