I need to find a credit card processor or wire transfer service that
can transfer funds from Barbados to Canada/US using a Visa credit card. 
The postal address associated with the Visa card is a Barbados, WI
address.  NOTE: Paypal does not currently service Barbados.  Ideally,
the processor/transfer service will have the following attributes:  1)
No requirement to create an account  2)  Low fees. 3) provide service
on-line, although telephone only is acceptable.

Additional criteria:  The service must allow the recipient to reside in Canada.
