The tax on dividends and capital gains is down to historical lows. The
maximum tax rate is set at maximum 15%. The law makers feel that such
a reduction will see a faster economic recovery and further job
growth. Would lowering taxes on dividends and capital gains help
hasten an economic recovery. Would further growth in the US production
and job markets and why?
