My friend has a claim against his errors and omissions (professional liability insurance). The company is ANLIR which is in receivership under the supervision of the Sec'y of State of Tennessee. The claim has been pending for over a year. He understands that the receiver is trying to locate assets from which it can pay these claims. Is there any interim information available to him as a claimant as to the progress of the receiver and the liklihood and time frame under which his claim might be paid. |
