How can I divide the sound file like .wav or mp3 or .ram to half so I
can save it to a cd. Example I have 900 MB file sound with extension
.wav I need to burn it to a cd, it gives me error saying not enough
space in the cd. (because the cd capicity is 800 MB)

CDWave will do this easily:
http://www.milosoftware.com/cdwave/index.html (only works for .wav
files)

Audacity also works for the other types of files, but is a more
complex app: audacity.sourceforge.org
