This project needs hi tech development between computer networks able
to create a European index able to log data from the member states and
a random number indicator needs to be developed to index and log the
country participating and the individual euro-bond-numbers to provide
this service throughout the EU.
 In short a web site design and ecommerce site able to function this
product for use in the 25 member states of the European union, like
NS&I.co.uk but just on a larger scale.
 If you can how much do you think it will cost to put it together

Forgive me my ignorance, but if that business concept is so fantastic,
how come you don't single-handedly attract numerous financially strong
investors and use a small part of the money to hire a professional web
designer?

Besides, this lengthy advertising text looks as if you just wanted to
advertise this highly obscure money-making scheme. I must inform you

Yes point taken all I wanted to know was it something that could be
developed on the internet by a site that could provide the service and
what it would cost .As you say it not in your rules I will remove the
request.
