Many companies in the U.S. deliver cheesecake but none to The
Netherlands. The stores in the U.K. deliver other gifts but not
cheesecake. Stores in the Netherlands have cheesecake mix and other
cakes but I cannot find cheesecake delivery.

elvamarion, I've contacted them and it was my impression that they
did, my apologies. So the search continues:

I've found no U.S. places will not deliver internationally because of
customs issues and by the time it gets there it'll be unsatisfactory.
That is odd that there is only Cheesecake Mix! I thought it was the
home of cheese...

I could imagine that cheesecake is quite likely to spoil  - salmonella
-  and that European countries'  - maybe EU -  laws prohibit shipping
or selling cheesecake unless it is under refrigeration.  Maybe in the
States, preservatives can be used to eliminate this risk.
