When you delete e-mail from the "deleted items" folder in Outlook
Express, where does it go? Every once in a while, I wish I didn't
delete something. The stuff does not show up in the Trash Bin.

Advanced Outlook Express Recovery - website: http://www.recover-outlook-email.com/

This program will do just the trick, and it comes with a free trial.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Outlook Express stores all emails of a mail folder in a corresponding
.dbx file. For example, the Inbox.dbx file contains emails that are
displayed in the Inbox mail folder in Outlook Express, the Outbox.dbx
file contains emails that are displayed in the Outbox mail folder, and
so on.

If you delete several emails in a mail folder accidently, then you can
use Advanced Outlook Express Recovery to scan the dbx file
corresponding to the mail folder, recover the deleted emails and save
them as .eml files that can be easily imported back to Outlook
Express.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Here's how to find the deleted emails file (.dbx)
