?USG Corporation (USG) signed a 250,000 sq. ft., 15-year lease to move
its headquarters to 550 W. Adams St. In a recent development, Equis
has negotiated an additional 55,000 sq. ft. to USG?s existing space
adding two full floors to the space, according to Michael Bishop and
Christopher Wood, senior vice presidents of the Chicago-based firm.
Fifield companies are developing the new building which is scheduled
for completion in early 2007.?

Chicago, GlobeSt.com reports. The company will lease 240,000 sf of the
total 470,000 sf as its headquarters. Developer Fifield Realty Corp.
received $9.75 million of tax increment financing for the $128-million
project, which will be built on what is now a parking lot.?
