Hi i am new to google answers however, i own a Bose Sounddock that i had originally bought for use with my Mini, the adapter for this came with the Sound dock. i JUST PURCHASED A bLACK 2GB iPOD Nano and i realized it came with an adpater, so i tried removing the old one in the dock and replacing it with the one that was supplied -however, it does not fit it properly. But you can just insert the nano into the dock normally-making sure i line up the connectors and it works perfectly with the remote and all. If your fussy u can purchase the actual adapter its widely available on the web. I understand your NaNO is not working with it at all. There are many possible reasons for this. 1) I ran in to this probablem last year with my sound dock and mini. it turned out it just needed a cleaning. I uised the portable vacum type cleaner for keyboards and got all the dust and stuff out. And it was back up and running 2) Also make sure the Bose has its volume turned up. If none of this does it i suggest u take an older ipod and plug it in adn see if it works. this way ull know whether its your nano or the sounddock pls let me know of this helped o rif u need clarification thanx |
