I was told that students at Texas Tech University in Lubbock have the
highest rate of Sexually Transmitted Diseases in the Country. I would
be interested in a ranking of the colleges with highest rates of STDs
and where Texas Tech ranks.

How about the STD rate per capita for the Lubbock area and its ranking
compared to other cities. I will consider this information to be good
enough.

I would be highly skeptical of any statistics on this, since I doubt
that accurate reports are likely to be available. When I was in
college, I knew of numerous girls in my dorm who had various STDs, but
I don't think any of them went to the college's own clinic for
diagnosis. When young people are diagnosed and treated by private
physicians or by public health facilities, the names of the colleges
they attend are not typically part of their medical records.

How about the STD rate per capita for the Lubbock area and its ranking
compared to other cities. I will consider this information to be good
enough.
