Dear chelseanick-ga

Are you seeking Bit Torrent? It?s described as a novel approach to
file distribution. Have a look at this site and see what you think.
There is a detailed FAQS page which refers several times to Torrent
Files.

?What is BitTorrent?
BitTorrent is a free speech tool.
BitTorrent gives you the same freedom to publish previously enjoyed by
only a select few with special equipment and lots of money.?

If this what you seeking let me know.

Well, if this site does not help you, then I'm afraid this is not
within my area of knowledge. Perhaps another researcher may be able to
help you.

you have to use a download client to use bit torrent.

i use a program called bitcomet, you can get it from here:
http://www.bitcomet.com/doc/download.htm

there are many torrent sites around, some better than others.
http://oink.me.uk is one of the best for music, but it is closed or
registration at this time.

www.piratebay.com (redirects to another site) is quite a good one to use.
hope this gets you on your way...
