Hello,
there is a paper recently coming out by Solan, Horn, Ruppin and
Edelman on creating syntax trees with an algorithm called ADIOS. The
paper is here:
http://www.pnas.org/cgi/content/full/102/33/11629.
I need help in turning the algorithm described in BOX 2 'The adios
Algorithm' into Java code.

My first question is this. Can anybody help me with this? Please only
tell me, if you can help or not with some supporting info that you can
really do this.

Regards
Ufans
