I would like to know if proprietary and/or open source technologies
exist that would help me to find people who are pre-disposed to sell a
property. The following data categories would be used to find said
individuals:

County of Residence; Type of Residence; Age of Householder; Household Income
Year Property Built; Value of Property; Mortgage Amount; Monthly
Mortgage Cost as a Percentage of Household Income; Mortgage Type;
Mortgage Status; Marital Status; Household Size; Change in Family
Size; Employment Status

I've been asked to cover the following in my outline:

- How does the software work?
- How do Open Source verisons of the software compare with Proprietary
versions of the software (including price comparisons and a
features/use comparisons)?
- Is Open Source Software a viable substitute for proprietary solutions?

I'd like to get some assistance in locating:

1) Proprietary software products that perform this function
(preferably ones specific to the 'sale of property')
2) Open source software products that perform this function
(preferably ones specific to the 'sale of property')
