Question ID: 578997
I need an Excel file that identifies US zip codes with the highest
number of Asians. The file should be set up so that the first column
has the USPS zip code and the second column has the corresponding
Asian population for that zip code.

Example: 92307 (zip code) 87,123 (Asian population in that zip code)

The file should include zip codes and corresponding Asian population
numbers for the 500 zip codes with the highest Asian population. The
file also should be set up in decending order so the zip code with the
highest Asian population is first on the list, with the second highest
Asian population is second
on the list, etc., from 1 (highest population number) to 500 (lowest
population number). I am not sure if there are 500 top zip codes. If
there aren't, I would like the list to cover all the zip codes with
significant Asian populations. This zip code/population list must be
in the hundreds. A few zip codes will not be valuable to me.

This information is available as part of that US Census 2000. I don't
have time to compile it.

How I will use this information: I already have a list of US
physicians and want to identify those physicians on my existing
mailing list who are most likely to have a large number of patients
who are Asian. I will run the list of zip codes that you provide to
me against the zip codes of the
physicians in my existing database.

Please post any question you have before beginning this assignment. Thank you.

Dear margy,

I have compiled your list using custom-written parsing tools and saved
it in an Excel 97/2000/XP file at the following location.

There are two columns and 500 rows as per your specifications. The
first column gives the zip code, the second the Asian population.

It has been a pleasure to address this question on your behalf.
