I'm looking for a citation of one of the best bicycle riders (could
have been Hineault) that said something about making an extra effort
uphill. He said that when you go uphill this is the right time to push
harder as your rival are having hard time. Again, this is what I
remember vaguely, I need the exact citaction and the person who said
it.
