How many Internet users who are English literate (write, speak and
understand English) are there in the following South East Asian
countries?

1) Malaysia
2) Indonesia
3) Thailand
4) Philippines
5) Vietnam

Note:
1. Separate answers needed for each country.  Ideally, I like exact
answers provided in millions of people.   Please provide names of
references used and their weblinks.

2. If exact numbers are not available, I would like estimates
calculated.  For example, percentage of population that is english
literate multipled by the total internet user populations in each
country. If you use such approaches, please provide all the individual
data/numbers you used, and the names of the reference sources and
weblinks.

3. Data should ideally come from authoritative sources and
organisations, such as IMF, UN, World Bank, the Economist Magazine,
Internet industry research organisations, or equivalents.
