Where can I pre-order an XBOX 360?  Whether it is on-line or at a
brick and mortar store does not matter.  My zip code is 34224 in
Florida. The release date is Nov. 22 and everywhere I have checked is

My mistake.  There are two sytems available at launch basically. 
There is the core system which is $299, and the deluxe set for $399
which comes with more accessories.  Ideally I am just looking to
pre-order the deluxe set at $399, but i can go up as far as 450-500 at
the highest (obviously I will pay S&H).  Most of the on-line stores I
searched are out of stock of the launch quantity, which is what I am
looking for.

gamestop.com still has bundles available.  A little bit above your
price range though.

Also looks like gameasylum.com might have them.
