I am looking for high end designer sample sales in NYC.  I currently
subscribe to www.lazarshopping.com, www.topbutton.com,
www.dailycandy.com, etc.  These all have good sales but do not include
information for individual designer high end sample sales such as
Chanel, Gucci, Versace, etc. Where can I find information on these? 
Is there a more elite subscription service than Lazarshopping that
offers info on the best ones?

You might want to look at this website:

It lists most designers alphabetically - you can click on the designer
you want and it shows where the shops are located. Also, use the
search box to search for sample sales - it brings up a list of sales
and dates. For example under November an entry reads: "Aeffe 'Imagine
half-price Narciso Rodriguez, Alberta Ferretti, Moschino, and
Jean-Paul Gaultier, all under one roof. This sale, packed with women?s
clothes, bags, shoes, and even swimsuits, is the real deal." Some
shops have mailing lists that if you put your name down, they will let
you know about advance sales. Just ask! Vivienne Westwood - I love
her! is having a sale near the end of the year - wish I could fly over
and shop!
