I tryed already updating my graphics driver using NVIDIA and Toshiba
web sites. I still get Initialization failed message. Possible causes:
Old or corrupted graphics driver
Direct3D improperly installed
Hardware acceleration disabled
Starting the application with the workstation locked

How do I play this game in my laptop?

Visit www.laptopvideo2go.com, read into using editied ini's for
drivers. That way you can use the latest Nvidia drivers on your
laptop, this can often solve problems to do with drivers. but if you
are not careful you can cause problems.

you can check if your direct 3D and your hardware accelleration in
settings somewhere, but im not sure exatly, try searching them in your
help application.

as for locking your work station i have no real idea about this

I get the same error when trying to play Age of Empires 3 on my
laptop. If anyone has ever solved this problem, please let me know.
