I can furnish several local papers with Condo rentals in the
classifieds, would that be satiusfactory?
Example:
See section 801 (page 5 of 15) in this small local paper:

I am looking for a more definitive source of information other than the local paper.

Ok, I can understand that, but if you are trying to rent a condo, and
you don't want to know what current condos are actually renting for,
what do you want?

I am looking for a more definitive source, comps in the area 94043,
how to calculate a rental basis, something like mlslistings.com for
rentals...

Do you know an agent in that area? I don't know about Mountain View,
but in Seattle the local MLS listings include "Condo" and "Rental" in
the search parameters, in other words, the MLS can be used to view
[some] recent past rented Condo comparables here. You'll just need a
local agent with access to the MLS there to tell you if it's the same
there, and to furnish you with what you need.

I checked MLS and there is not enough information. Unless you have
another source, I would like to close out. Can you tell me how you are
connected to google answer?
