Classification 1: Full service repairs
Classification 2: Mid-level mechanical repairs, including upgrades
Classification 3: Flash point (upgrade only; no mechanical repairs)
Note: this classification scheme is not an official numerical
classification scheme of Sony Ericsson. I've simply assigned numbers
to the three tiers that they've described.
