I've inherited a mailing list that I need to convert to a spreadsheet.
 What I have is a Microsoft Word document that is set up to print
Avery 8160 mailing labels.  I need to be convert the labels back to a
database format (comma delimited, spreadsheet, whatever) to edit the
data before printing labels.

Not really.  I have IE 6.0, the stuff you posted referrs to 5.0
