The Ferry Boat that you are referring to is the Joseph and Clara
Smallwood Ferry Boat.

“The Joseph and Clara Smallwood was christened in honour of Joseph .R.
Smallwood. The name Clara came from Josephs' wife named Clara. This
"superferry" of the highest commercial ice class, sister ship to
Marine Atlantic's flagship the MV Caribou. It covers the 260 nautical
mile Argentia crossing in approximately 14 hours and 96 nautical mile
to the Port auxBasques route in under five hours. The Joseph and Clara
Smallwood can take 350 automobiles, 91 tractor trailers. The Smallwood
can carry 1200 passangers. It as 41 cabins and its length of the
cabins are 179m and its breadth is 25m. The Joseph and Clara Smallwood
weights 16 750 tonnes.”
