Does anyone know of any companies which provide relevant news search
services for specific topics which can be used on a website and can be
updated automatically through coding in html, or other languages
(similar to the idea of google adsense)?

Which companies provide the most extensive news feeds for Web sites,
which are cost effective? I want news feeds which are focused in the
field of mental health care.

When i had a web site i used moreover.com. It's been a while, but when
i used it was for free. You pick topic or category and they provide
you with code that you put in to your HTML code and it displays
Headlines for that particular subject you chose.
