My wife has a terrific idea for a charitable non-profit organization.
In order to get it off the ground she will need to write a grant
proposal. But this in itself is a lot of work. Meanwhile, she
teaches at a Historically Black College and is working too hard to
find the time to write the grant proposal. But she cannot afford to
stop working to write the grant. So the question is, how can she go
about getting a grant to pay her enough so that she can stop working
long enough to write the grant proposal? A meta-grant, so to speak.
