Please read carefully:
I need the following direct response advertising/marketing info:
How much has the industry (direct response) grown in the last 3-5
years? the last ten or so? 20? Ideally, I need the answer to be in
number of businesses now using D.R. (ex: 1.3 million or whatever) or
percentages of business (ex: 27% of all small business now use D.R.)
I need the answer to be reported by a MAJOR network or paper or
Journal. Wall Street Journal, MSNBC, CNN, Associated Press, Reuters,
Investors Business Daily, etc.
Ideally, something like "The Wall Street Journal reports that in the
last year alone, 429,000 additional businesses now use direct response
advertising. An increase of..."
Plus, if you come across any MAJOR businesses that use D.R. (that most
Americans would recognize) please report them - ALONG with WHO is
reporting it. Again, something like "According to CNN, American
Express and Apple computer are increasingly using their advertising
budgets to get into direct response marketing."
What's more...if you can show RESULTS from D.R. efforts, that would be
fantastic, but again, needs to be reported by major news outlet.
"Reuters reports that American Express used D.R. to increase their
sales 21% in the last quarter."
One more thing...if you can find any "mom and pop" businesses that use
D.R. and show the results of their efforts. "Mom's grocery increased
sales by 67% using D.R."
O.K. that's it, and I know it's a lot. I will gladly give a tip that
is larger than the initial price quote if this is done well. In fact,
I'd be delighted to. I need this info A.S.A.P.
Sincerely,
Loyd
