My current retailer for replacement parts has changed suppliers, I
need the quality provided by the original supplier, which is ECI,
there are a million ECI's on the web but none related to this
industry.  The packaging of the parts I have, has "ECI" in white
letters on a green 3 dimensional rectangle, followed by "Soft Design"
underlined and under that is "Trade Mark".  Some of the part names and
numbers are: Pail Lid Gasket Pt# 101HXEB, Surcingle Strap and Triangle
Pt# 127E, Pulsator Repair Kit PT# 10503.  I do not know if they are
based in the USA, although packaging is printed in USA.  I can already
get the parts wholesale from where my retailer now gets them, but they
are just not the same quality.  Any help locating this supplier of
Milking Machine replacement parts would be greatly appreciated.

I located the following catalog, in PDF format,
which contains "127E Surcingle Strap and Triangle"
and "Pulsator Repair Kit Complete - Part # 10503"

The Surcingle entry lists 127E as the "item number"
and, yes, 10484, but as the "part #" vs. "Inv No."

The latter entry is under the heading:
"REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR SURGETM PULSATOR"
which would seem to translate as:
"Replacement Parts for Surge (trademark) Pulsator"

I searched the catalogue for the ECI name, but was
unable to locate it, so the fact that the part #s
are the same may mean that another company has
taken over production of these parts, maybe even
Schlueter. Perhaps they bought out ECI and retained
the part numbers. I cannot be sure. Perhaps Surge
is the trademarked brandname of the new manufacturer.

I believe so, as I have these parts in two other catalogs which have
different pt.#'s.  The packaging also shows an Inv. No 10484 for Pt.#
127E.
