What was the size of the telephone pay-per-call market for years
2000-2004, and forecast through 2008?  For these years, I need:

--market size numbers for the US or North America (900/976 numbers)
--other major pay-per-call markets globally, and their sizes
--If you come across numbers for non-telephone pay-per-call markets
