Find the data points for the years 2003 and 2004, that is, 
How many meals per person are taken out from a restaurant and how many
eaten in a restaurant for the year 2003 and 2004.

Your link requires opening a file. Likely the data up to 2000 is
mostly guess work. Is this meals which contain pork? For what Country.
Does restraunt include snack shops, mess halls, Meals on wheels,
Street vendors, school cafeterias? Does person include children less
than one year old?
World wide, I'll guess 33 meals per person up from 32 in 2001 and 2002
and 2003.  Neil

I'll guess 13% are take out, world wide.   Neil
