Your question is a little ambiguous.  I think you are trying
to compare and contrast the secretion and reabsorption of various
molecules (water, protein, ions, etc.) by the different parts of 
the tubular nephrons within the human kidney.  Rather than trying
to summarize this, I will direct you to an excellent site the 
summarizes these processes and includes nice diagrams indicating 
the locations of the various tubular loops:

The diagrams are used with permission from the college-level biology
book by Purvis, probably available at any local college library.

The answer you want is that secretion is transfer of "stuff" from the
body into the urine side of the lumen.  Reabsorption is when the body
takes back the "stuff" that it needs from the urine side of the lumen
and puts it into blood.
