Using the Hersey Blanchard Leadership Model, please give me specific
examples of how managers should lead the four different types of
employees: Able/Willing, Unable/Willing, Able/Unwilling, and
Unable/Unwilling.  I am most interested in knowing what the manager
should do based on the model for each type of employee.
