where can I download a seven minute dvd for others to see. (audition
video)I'd like a link that I can email to someone and say, "go here to
see me acting on film." I am willing to pay an annual fee.

Try http://www.Ereelz.com. This site is exactly what you described.
You can upload audition videos and showreels, and they can be accessed
with your own personal link at www.Ereelz.com/yourname.html. They do
charge a fee, but I'm not sure how much it is.

No, you would upload.  The ones who see it will download.
