I am looking for some software where you can input a wav file and be
able to play it on any note on an on screen piano. For instance, if
you imported the sound of a dog bark, and you clicked on the "A" key
on the piano, it would play the bark on an A. I used this software on
a mac a long time ago, where can I find it today?

Hello Crentisco,

Would this software meet your needs?

FlexiMusic Orchestra
Multiple sound wave player, assigning each sound wave file to each key
of your keyboard or mouse or other and play it in Real time.
