Hello. It's the Chang (or "Elephant") Building in Bangkok, Thailand. Specifically, it's "on the corner of Pahon Yothin and Ratchadaphisek Roads, in the northern part of Bangkok called Chatuchak." http://thomasriddle.net/high-on-chatuchak/ More photos: http://tariquesani.net/displayimage.php?album=search&cat=0&pos=1&pid=778 http://www.skyscrapercity.com/photopost/data/503/9elephant.jpg http://www2.world66.com/asia/southeastasia/thailand/bangkok/lib/image/change --------- search strategy: I searched for "elephant building" based on the inclusion of those words in the URL provided by yesac-ga below. Thanks. |

Here's a link to a picture that looks exactly like the one you are interested in. The site belongs to a young gentleman who lived in Japan for a while, and who also traveled in Asia. You may be able to ask him where the building is. http://umsl.edu/~nki4z3/pics/elephant.building.(small).jpg |
