Balanced scorecard is the sort of business mumbo jumbo that goes out
of style after a few years after the charlatans come up with something
new to get companies top buy new books, software, consulting, etc.

Organizations that attempt to implement balanced scorecards, or other
TQM (Total quality management) technologies and fail--only fail
because their managagers have insufficient knowledge or insufficient
commitment to long-term financial gain.
