I have problems installing Maximizer in my system because it lacks the
file ibm-1041.cnv that should be in directory
C:\windows\system32\Icu\Data\

Where can I download file ibm-1041.cnv and what does it do?

Why not contact the the makers of Maximizer and ask them why it won't install?

I looked up "\ICU\Data\" and that folder appears to be related to
Debian, not Windows.
