LEGAL - I am about to resign but am concerned I wont get my
commissions paid. (Ruthless Boss). Commission is payable on Friday 2nd
December. This will be my last day. How do I cover myself legally in
the letter to ensure the commission is paid ?

The resignation so far reads as follows : 

As discussed and agreed please accept a revised resignation letter,
stating that I will work the last  week of November with Friday 2nd
December 2005 being my last working day with the Discovery Group
provided all salaries, commission owed, holiday pay and loading time
has been paid into my nominated account and finalized by 2nd Dec 2005.
