I would like to become a real estate agent in San Diego. I have no experience. Does anyone know of any companies who will hire unlicenced agents and put them thru schooling while they work there? If not, can you recommend a reputable company to get licenced? |

You scould check out the real estate school that Century 21 Award in San Diego offers. It is very good and will help you pass your State test. Coming off 10 years of boom, to enter the field now, you should be aware that times have changed, and many newer agent will soon be exiting the field as the market heads down. For some very good insights into the real state of the San Diego real estate market is: http://www.downtown-san-diego-real-estate.com/san-diego-real-estate-article-index.htm |
