I am needing a blanket letter to send to businesses asking them to
display our company's brochure in there business. It should only be
1/2 to a page long. I just can't seem to put one together.

We would need to know what the brochure is about and why other
companies would be interested in displaying it in their places of
business. What types of companies would that be, what branch or
industry?  It sounds like a ticklish proposal, so I can understand
your difficulty with drafting the letter.
