I have tried  for months to get a minimal loan of 3,000 or even
$2,ooo. I am in desparate need but only have founf all these referral
sevices that want a fee. I have already lost money on these services
that have "a great list of banks that will do loans for bad or no
credit'. HFC, AMERICAN GENERAL and citi financial have already turned
me down. What can I do? I can only get maybe $200 out of local places
and i need more than that.

1 - go to http://www.myfico.com/

2 - Check your credit reports ($36)

3 - Print out your 3 credit reports and FICO number

4 - Apply for credit including an essay statement reflecting your
current financial situation (income etc..) and the print out that I
mentioned in step three.

5 - Work on repairing your credit regardless of whether it will have
an immediate impact to getting the $3000 loan that you need now.
