I need to find the following statistics

1. Size of "world trade" in US$ (as oppose to in-country trade)  
2. Size of "domestic/in-country trade)
3. % of cross border trade conducted by small and medium sized
businesses (as oppose to large corporations)
   - feel free to set a metric for defining "SME" as long as you footnote it.  ..
4. % of China exports bought by US SME
