I would like to know what Companies paid for Electronic Medical Record
Companies. Not the price for the product, but when the company merges
or is acquired by another entity, I would like to know what the
purchaser paid for that company in regards to multiples of revenue or
EBITA for the past 2 years.

Hello silverdog-ga,

I'm not clear on what is the information you're looking for. You seem
to believe that there is a company named "Electronic Medical Record
Company" that was was acquired by another company. I can't find
anything confirming this. Instead, I find lots of links sohowing that
"Electronic Medical Record" is a generic term for a type of software.
You clearly state that you're not looking for "the price for the
product" so I don't think this is what you're talking about.

Please tell us more about the name of the company you're interested in
(it would be best if you gave us their URL) and also the approximate
date of the merger and anything else you know about it.

I look forward to your clarification.

CZH: Thanks for your response. What I am looking for are the sale
price (merger/acquisition price) of recent companies that play in the
Electronic Medical Records area and/or Physician Information and
Management System areas. I don't know the names of these companies. I
also need these Companies total revenues at their sale. This will be
an ongoing project with other companies as well.

I am an Investor in Private Companies and need to know what multiples
of revenue these category of companies are selling for so I can
project my gains.

Thanks

Hello again silverdog-ga,

Thank you for the clarification. You've posted an interesting question
but the price you're asking is not appropriate for such a complex
issue. Since this is the first question you've posted I suggest that
you review these links so that you can make the best use of Google
Answers. I suggest that you either change the scope of the question or
increase the price.
