I am looking to build an online test for data collection engineers who
would go on the web sites of computer manufacturers, download their
technical specs of their products and input them into standarized
templates. It is important that they are technically competent in
understanding servers, desktops, printers, monitors, camers, software,
networking equipment, storage etc ... u got the idea.
I need questions to test their competence in a multiple choice format
with 3 possible answers. I am willing to pay $50 for 50 questions.

Is there a certain level of difficulty that you would like to adhere
to?
What kind of educational background is expected of these individuals?
There are a lot of different levels of knowledge regarding the things
you mentioned...could you elaborate further on the types of tasks they
would be performing so that the questions are relevant?

Also, are there any particular source(s) you would be interested in
retrieving information from in order to compile these questions?

Answering your first question LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY : Please reread from
the origianl question "data collection engineers who would go on the
web sites of computer manufacturers, download their technical specs of
their products and input them into standarized templates.". Now you
can access what level of exam will be required, what educational level
is sufficient to perform the task, what manfacturers typical are known
as computer manufacturer hint IBM, COMPAQ, HP etc

They are a skills benchmarking site who have a 
myriad of online tests for such things, as well
as online certification for those who pass.

If they don't already have a test which would
serve your purposes, I'm sure they'd be excited
at the prospect of adding one.
