I am trying to find out the name of a song used in the movie "Honey I
Shrunk the Kids." It is in the beginning of the movie when Rick
Moranis is trying to get his machine to work. It is a famous song that
is heavy with trumpets and is used a lot in movies with a lot of
industrial, factory type work is being shown.

Yes! That is the song that I am looking for. What is the name of
original song and composer? What other names or composers could I find
it under?

The song is called "Powerhouse." It was written and performed by Raymond Scott. 

Although it was not written specifically as "cartoon music,"
"Powerhouse" is used in many Warner Brothers Cartoons in scenes that
feature assembly lines or the operation of machinery.
