My husband's ex-wife keeps sending him messages and poems, saying that he should go back to her. Is there any law against flirting with a married man? Can we stop/punish her? We live in Maryland. |

You can find a good deal of legal information on this web site about Family Law: The LegalCenter at LegalMatch: Family Law http://www.legalmatch.com/law-library/article/family-law.html |

Looks like she did her research before acting - by not sending personal e-mails. Thanks for your answers! Both the law section and the Turnaround website were useful. |

I have realised I did not explain the case very well. The way she sends him the poems is by posting them on her website, which means no harrassment laws can be used against her. The advice the turnaround people gave me is just that we should stop reading whatever she posts, but there's no law applicable to the case. :-( |
