Is there away to assist in helping download my hp psc 2100xi
all-in-one printer to my computer?  The original CD is nowhere to be
found.  I would be willing to pay $10 dollars for this download.

Hi Bud...

I'm assuming you're asking for the printer driver, since
the printer itself won't fit through your internet connection.

The drivers for that printer are available from this page from
HP support, based on a search for 'psc 2100xi':

2100xi seems to refer to a specific HP LaserJet 2100xi Printer
which has a specific driver rather than an all-in-one driver,
which does not bear the PSC initials.

The PSC 2100 all-in-one drivers series drivers are listed

- HP PSC 2115 All-in-One

Given the ambiguity of the results, I'll await your

The hp 2100xi all-in-one printer-scanner--copier presently hooked up
to my e-machine computer will not print anything presently, because I
have noway of installing the hardware.  The factory CD is nowhere to
be found.  Therefore, I can not download the hp 2100xi printer to my
computer.  I was hoping google could provide the download for me.

That makes it much easier. The drivers and other software for
that specific printer are on the following page at HP Support.
In order to install the printer to your computer, simply
download the driver from this page which matches the Operating
System (OS) installed on your computer. When you click on the
link that corresponds to your OS, you'll be taken to a download
page which has the "HP Full Solution Software Driver" you need,
and notes:

"This all-in-one web driver includes all of the same Windows
 software as the in-box CD with the following components removed
 to reduce download time: Memories Disk, Product Tour, and
 Share-to-Web."

This page also provides complete instructions for installing
the printer (hardware) by installing the driver (software).
