I operate an online retail store and am looking for one or preferably
multiple wholesalers who can supply me with Gillette and Schick razor
blades and replacement cartridges. I'm talking about REAL wholesalers,
not companies that are Costco-esque and sell to consumers, or that
call themselves wholesalers but have prices that are somewhere between
real wholesale and retail (like dollardays.com for example).
I need to be getting the products for approximately 35 to 40% off
retail or better. I need to have the following products and I've
included some fairly typical RETAIL prices for the items to help you:

Good question, I'm sure the quantity ordered will effect the price.
I'd say a typical order for me would be about $1200 and generally
between $500 to at most $2000, depending on what I had in stock at the
time and what I needed. I would get between 10 to about 25 units of
each razor or cartridge, depending on popularity. So far I've found
that the Mach3 Turbo 8 packs and regular Mach3 4 and 8 packs are the
best sellers. But I only have replacement cartridges now and
definitely want to have the razor units as well.
I currently have one supplier for razors. Unlike the other products I
carry the prices seem to change from week to week, and usually not for
the better. It's very inconsistent and I don't know why. I just would
like to find a consistent supplier with reasonable wholesale prices
that will enable me to have a typical retail markup of about 40%, more
or less.

I've found one wholesaler thus far with a fair number of Gillette
products, but I'm not 100% clear on the pricing.

Well, nothing on that list matches the items I'm looking for, with the
possible exception of the Venus, but it's not clear if those are
disposables or cartridge Venus razors anyway. It's too vague, and I'm
not familiar with the pricing on those products so it's not possible
for me to determine if the pricing is what I'm looking for.
I'm not interested in carrying any items other than what I've
specifically detailed here, so all those other products don't do me
any good. If you can dig around in there and find pricing on the items
I've listed then we may have something to work with. Thanks.

I'm finding some of the products you listed, but I doubt I can find all.
Nor does there seem to be a distributor that handles many of the
products you listed -- there one here, one there, at different
suppliers.

I'm not sure what to do at this point. The last thing I want is to
have 10 different suppliers for piecemeal orders. I was hoping to find
2 or 3 that each covered all the products, the way it looks now I'd be
thrilled to get just 1.
This is why I submitted to Google Answers, because I was having such
difficulties myself and thought somebody else might have better
results. You did better than me, but as it stands this isn't going to
work.
The only suggestion I have is if you can call a few of these places
and see if they can get the whole lot if there's a request for them.
Is that a possibility?
I'm open to other ideas if you've got any, thanks.
